Tractors & Horses

Judd took us out for a ride in the tractor that cuts the hay. He let Jackson drive -- pretty sure Jackson thought it was AMAZING! Then Cami took us over to feed their horses. Jackson is getting pretty good at holding his hand flat and letting the horses eat off of it without being scared, Clara on the other hand... she was really scared, but by the last few treats she was doing a little better.

My kids miss these fun adventures we used to always take while in UT. Thanks Cami & Judd!

Baby Callum

My little sister Cami had her first baby. He is darling and I was so excited to see him in UT. Cami & Judd are great parents and I am so excited to watch them raise this little guy to be a tough little cowboy!

Judd is the opposite of any first time parent that gets nervous when the 2 & 3 year olds want to look at the baby. Instead he was so great and let the kids hold Callum all they wanted!
Clara loves the baby.
This little guy is such a good baby. He hardly ever cry's. And was sleeping through the night at 4 weeks.... Cami is one lucky mama! The rest of us can dream!
 Getting my baby fix :)

This has nothing to do with Baby Callum....
My mom and sisters and I all got sweatshirts in West Yellowstone, so we wanted to get a picture before we left the cabin.
I have the best family and I miss them all so much!

Rexburg Sand Dunes...

Rexburg isn't too far from the cabin, and we were trying to think of anything and everything to keep these kids entertained. So we decided to venture out and play in the sand. This was so much fun and we all decided it is a new MUST DO each time we visit the cabin!

MORE FROM THE RIVER....

Fishing. Canoe Rides. Playing in the water. Playing on the itouch.
 Hornet Rides.
Roasting Mallows.
Treasure hunts for the kids & looking for fish.
Mesa Falls.

West Yellowstone

We went into Yellowstone National Park. There are so many little hikes, hot pots, geysers, and animals to see... ITS INCREDIBLE! Because this National Park is so HUGE, we spent a lot of time in the car - which meant the kids spent a lot of time doing this:
*I don't think my mom will ever get over the fact that a three year old can work an i-touch.
He hiked to a few different waterfalls & stopped for lunch by a river.
This place is incredible.
Hiked to some geysers... and of course - carried Clara the whole way!
It was a perfect day to see wildlife. We saw hundreds of buffalo, lots of elk, and 2 grizzly bears (which is soooo rare!)

The Snake River Cabin....

On our way to The Cabin, we of course stopped at the famous BIG JUDDS! Eat a whole one and you get your picture hung on the wall.... I ate an 1/8th.
We got to the cabin and the kids were so excited to sleep in the loft together. Clara and AJ didn't quite make it. But Henry, Jackson and Jetta were regulars.
THE HORNET! This was so much fun. We all had a blast cruising around on this little dune buggy!
My mom loved to bring out the singing flower and dance with all the kids to the music.
My mamma & pops.
Peter.... what pistol this little guy is! And his Mamma.... all I can say is hang in there with this one!
This is only the beginning of a whole lot of pictures and a WHOLE LOT OF FUN!

Utah - Part 1

We arrived in UT Monday evening. We arrived at my parents, gobbled down some dinner, and then went straight for my little sister Cami's house. She had her first baby weeks ago and I was DYING to meet the little man! I didn't get any pics of him that night, but he sure is PRECIOUS, and I am pretty sure he is THE BEST baby out there - not kidding! Pics of Baby Callum to come!

Well, night I volunteered Scott to help Cami's husband Judd out on the farms.... Judd jumped at some extra help! And I wasn't too surprised to hear that Scott had fun driving the 4-wheeling, the tractor, and prepping the fields and the hay... every man likes to get down and dirty now and then right?

So while Scott was working in the heat of the day....

We swam with my sisters (I have missed them SOOOO much, it was so great to be with them all again).
*which as you can see - I did get in! It took me a while, but none the less, I did it!
We walked to the new dairy & cheese store to get the kids some ice cream.

The next day we headed to Lehi to see some friends! My GORGEOUS friend Jessie had a baby shower that I was lucky enough to be in town for. This LOVELY LADY is 1 week away from having her baby - can you say - AMAZING - just check her out. I am totally JEALOUS!
I miss this family so much. Whenever I see Brody I get in his face as much as possible to make sure he never forgets me... is it possible for adults to be annoying to kids?

The next day we took Shyane (my parents dog on a walk). We walked to the near by ponds and threw rocks and watched her jump in to find them.

And then we came home and gave the grimmy pond water dog a bath!
