Cami is OFFICIAL!!!!!!

My lil sister cami is engaged!!!!! She is engaged to Judd Sweat. The wedding date is set for June 27th. Just 2 months away!!!! I am so excited for this wedding, why? Well let me give you a breif description about these 2 little love birds ...

Judd is a cowboy. Cami's dream ever since she was a little girl was to be a cowgirl and to marry a cowboy. I am not kidding - she wore cowgirl boots EVERYWHERE! And one year my dad was going to give my mom a horse for her birthday but my mom decided at the last minute it was too much work, Cami cried for days.

Well now Cami has her dream man in her hands. They do all the fun outdoors stuff...
They go fishing together:
They pheasant hunt together:
(Judd gave Cami a gun for Christmas... watch out everyone!)
They are always going on horse rides together:
(And they are so nice to always take the little kids for rides)
This is Judd's proposal... it fits this cupple all too well...
This is the marque at the Sinclair One Stop in Heber. They were driving and Judd told Cami to look at the sign... this is what it said ...

That night Scott and I were in the temple. We got out and I saw I had missed call from Cami. I called her and she and Judd were at our house (my parents were there watching our kids for us)... She didn't say anything over the phone but I was a little suspicious. We got home, I walked through the door, and she comes running up to me with her ring finger in my face. It was so cute to see her excitment!

I am so excited for Cami and Judd. Cami... you hit the jack pot with this guy! Judd... it's a good thing you are patient! ha ha. Just kidding, Cami is a blast - your life will never have a dull moment. Congratulations!!!!!!

So excited! I just got my dream stroller.

The double BOB. This is the exact one that I bought. (But unfortuantley a trip to the beach didn't come with my purchase). I found it on the KSL classifieds... they are the best! I went walking with the kids in it yesterday - so amazing! And I went out rollerblading with it today - even better! It is so smooth and easy to manuever. LOVE IT!!!!

*funny side note: I just put Jack in the bath and was letting it fill up while I was getting things doen around the house. I then went back to turn off the water and noticed he was shivering. I felt the water and it was cold. Not freezing, but still cold. I kindof laughed and asked him if he wanted to get out and get warm. He said no. Ha. What a weird kid.

I'm Lovin It....

This time of year comes and I can't help but check the weather everyday, maybe even a couple times a day.

I am so anxious to get out of the house and enjoy the outdoors.

This week is supposed to be in the 70's!!!!! Hoo-ray!

So I am planning on going here: And I can't wait to do this:
Weather,
Please do not disappoint. I need consistency. I need warmth.
Thank you,
McCall

Easter Sunday

The morning started off with a letter from the Easter Bunny and a perfect gift to the kids, Sidewalk Chalk. Jack then started the process of looking for his Easter Basket. And even though it is pretty much in plain sight, he still searches the ENTIRE room before he goes right to his basket. (I can't tell if he does this because its fun, or he really doesn't see it???)
The Easter Bunny brought Jack a SpiderMan cartoon movie, a Ninja Turtle movie, a Hulk shirt (now he is matching with Uncle Miles), and of course cAnDy...
The Easter Bunny brought Clara a tank top for the summer, new baby wash, rubber duckies, and candy (but mom will probley eat it).
Nana Lisa sent Jack and Clara new Easter outfits. Clara's dress is to die for! I couldn't stop taking pictures of her in it. Thanks Nana!Loving the camera.
Jack adores his little sister. Kisses are constantly showered to her all day long!
The family. Later that night we had Kristen, Garret and Duke over for dinner. We ate fabulous food and then went out side and sprinkled the grass with Easter Eggs that the boys later picked up and then quickly devoured almost every peice of candy.
Melissa helped the boys get out some of their sugar high energy by playing airplane with them. They were loving it!

*Melissa and Jack just moved in with us a couple weeks ago. Scott and I were thinking of moving for the summer, she was looking for a place to live, so we put 2 and 2 together and asked her if she would watch our house while we were gone. But, our plans changed and we are staying here. So for now we are all living as one big happy family... ha ha.

The two boys can have alot of fun together, but they can also butt heads pretty good too.

Melis came up with the genius idea of calling her Jack chocolate and my Jack vanilla... it helps them (and us) know who is talking to who.

Its been fun to have a roomate to live with. We cook, clean, and play mom all day long. Sometimes I am mom while she takes a break, and sometimes she is mom while I take a break.

Melis we are lucky to have you in our house. You may think we are helping you, but really I think you are helping us. You truly are inspiring. (What would you like for breakfast? Ha ha.)

Thanksgiving Point Easter Celebration

Saturday morning we decided last minute to head over to Thanksgiving Point and have some fun with the little ones. Thanksgiving Point puts on a really fun celebration that includes: easter egg hunts for all age groups, face painting, balloon blowing, wagon rides, and a whole lot of FOOD!

The safety dog as there - I couldn't remember his name, but Jackson thought he was pretty cool anyways...It was fReEZiNg.... and being the mean parents that we are, Scott and I had coats - but I completly forgot to bring coats for the babes... although I did have 2 of Clara's blankets in the car?

Back from the easter egg hunt! So proud of all his eggs, and ready to dig into the candy!
I have been using the Easter Bunny for leverage to get Jack to do the right thing all week long. So when he saw the Easter Bunny he was so excited because he has been trying so hard to be good so that he will come to our house and leave an Easter suprise!
Trying to keep Clara warm...
Clara and Jack.
Family.
If you live around Thanksgiving Point and are looking for a fun activity to do with the kids on the Saturday before Easter this one is alot of fun. You can check out more details online around the holiday.

Jackson Scott

Everytime I am driving in the car and I look back at this little guy - I can't believe I am his mom. I am so lucky to have this wild guy in my life. He keeps every day ticking... litterally. He is the BEST big brother a girl could ask for. Clara is so lucky to have him. He is so sweet and tender with her. He hates when its her nap time, because that means that there is no one to laugh at all the crazy things he does. And he hates taking baths with out her, because there is no one to laugh when he splashes. She gives him exactly what he wants... a pleased crowd.
This kid LOVES boats. My little brother got a little boat for his birthday and works on it all the time in the garage. Jack loves to go out and sit in it (with a helmet apparantly?) and pretend like he is driving.
He is the BEST big cousin to all the little ones. He particuarly loves AJ... he even tried carrying him around the house (poor AJ didn't like it too much, but jack thought he was helping him out).

Jackson is so fun and energetic. I love that he thinks a super hero can do anything... monsters? no big deal, Spiderman will get them. He believes anything I tell him, even the time-out threats, no toy threats and no more food threats... (my sisters will laugh at that one). He says thank you and your welcome to everything. He crys when he is in trouble, he's such a tender little guy.

I love you Jacks.

Clara Rose

My sweet little Clara is now 8 months. She is growing up so fast!!! I absolutely love this little girl. I am so excited to hear her squeals in the morning and so sad to see her eyes close at night. She truly is my angel.

She rarely falls asleep in my arms, but when she does I wish we could stay like that all night. She LOVES bath time. Everybody loves this girl. Really... I rarely get time to hold her when we are with family, she is passed from one person to the next.
8 months is a great age. They are so happy all the time, and you get to stare at this face all day long!!!!!
Another reason 8 months is so great... anything is entertaining! Spending money on toys? Please. Just give them wrapping paper and you would think they won the lottery.
Clara loves to hear her own voice, she is REALLY loud. She has a couple tricks that she does all day long: she blows bubbles, she clicks her tongue and she grinds her teeth. She is sooooo picky. I am having a hard time getting her to eat the veggies, they just sit on her plate until I give in to something else... we will have to work on that one. She loves her bed. She already has 2 teeth on bottom on 4 on top. She still loves her 2 middle fingers. She is a sucker for her daddy.
I love you baby. You are my girl.
