For The Record...

My days have been filled... with what I am not quite sure... but filled with enough "stuff" that I have slacked in the world of blogging. So here it is, my current update, for MY record.

Keagan, Jack's best friend moved to Alpine. Last week when I told Jackson that Keagan was moving, he cried, actually, he sobbed. It broke my heart. Thankfully he is close enough to still schedule some playdates. So today was their first official play date ... it was a party at our house!

Keagan - Bella - Jackson - Clara - BrodyBella has been singled out in our neighborhood with the boys. But she loves it! She watches spiderman with Jackson and is his cheerleader when he plays football.
Goofballs!
Lisa came to visit this week and brought the kids some adorable Easter Outfits. Getting a good picture was a bit rough. They wanted nothing to do with the camera. They didn't even want to sit by eachother - but somehow I got them to sit just long enough for a quick shot. But of course - no smiles. Gotta love it!

*I can't get over how big Jack looks in this picture. It kills me.
When Clara is tired. She goes to her crib, slides one arm through the bars and rubs her sheet between her fingers. She then, of course, sucks on her other fingers. It is soooo cute.
Our clubhouse did a fun Easter Party for the kids. Lisa was here so she came with us. It was cold and windy so we didn't last too long.
Jack and Clara with the Easter Bunny. Suprisingly they were not scared at all. Woo-hoo for no screaming kids with the extra large, semi-odd looking rabbit...?
Clara loved picking up the eggs and putting them in her bag.My dear friend Mykelle turned the big 30 years!!! We celebrated at The Cheesecake Factory. So delish! They brought her a dessert and asked her name so they could sing Hapy Birthday -- she told them her name was Candy. It was really funny.
*Quick shout out*
- i love you mykelle, thanks for being such a fab friend and for always being such a great example!
Lisa Anne - Katie - Mykelle - Me
*unfortunately the waiter blurred my big group picture! as for now this is my one and only shot of some of the girly girls.
Jack and Clara love to put these hats on.
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST...
My best friend Jessie asked me if I wanted to do a girls night and get dinner and a late night movie. My answer... YES! So off we went - to downtown SLC - chatting chatting chatting in the car - when out of nowhere, she tells me we are not going to a movie BUT she got us tickets to Leagally Blonde at Capital Theater!

WHAT?
Pretty sure she is one of the funnest, most giving, best friends in the entire world!

We had so much fun and ate delicious pizza at Cettebello's and then headed off to Legally Blonde. It was adorable! I loved it.
Before we left. Still - no clue what the night had instore... (hence the casual dress).
Outside the theater.
Jessie even went to the extent of making "Girls Night" music for the drive. But of course with all the chatting going on we didn't have much time to listen. We got home around 11:30 pm - but rather than go inside we chose to sit in the garage and have a dance party to all the cool jams!

Ordering Frames....

A MUST HAVE!!!!

My sister-in-law has a whole sale account with this picture frame company. They are absolutely adorable and I am wanting to place an order, BUT the only problem is for wholesale orders they require a minimum order of $350.00. And although I would love to place that order on my own,
I am pretty sure my husband would have a heart attack!
So, I am opening up the offer to any of you that would like to purchase these frames at the wholesale price. Its a great deal compares to all the boutique prices out there.

Here is the website:

Browse through the website and then email me for the price list. Its not allowing me to copy and past into this page - so I will have to email you the prices.
If you are interested, let me know! We set up a pay pal account for everyone to pay through so we don't have to mail or meet up to get checks... Anyways, take a look and get back to me. We will be placing the order April 1st.

Luck Of The Irish...

When I was a little girl my mom always made St. Patrick's Day very special. Green breakfast, freckles, green clothes, green lunch, and of course the day ended with an Irish dinner. My great grandfather is Irish and if you know my family you know we are all very proud of our heritage! So of course, the traditions that my mom did with us, I have willingly carried on with our family.

The night before we made a leprechaun hat trap!
*Thank you Jessie for supplying me with the idea and the oatmeal can. What would I do with out my favorite neighbor!?! We set the trap and en-twined green string everywhere hoping he might get stuck! Unfortunately when we woke up, the leprechaun was no where to be found - but lots of yummy treats replaced his tiny little green body. Jackson. Clara. Keagan (our neighbor... that most days is part of the family)Jackson and Clara. This was the one and only shot I could get of these two little green kids. The weather was beautiful and they were anxious to get out and enjoy it!Later that day we made a trip to Costco. Feeling the "holiday" spirit, I caved and we walked out with a frozen yogurt and churro. The goods were well worth the messy faces and sticky hands. Jackson was messing around in the car. Of course his playing is finished off with....Clara pulling his hair. If only he could remember the same obsession he had of pulling his cousins hair...?

Well... I have to admit... our day did not end with our traditional Irish dinner. We had the corned beef and cabbage on Sunday and since the Leprechaun left us the Lucky Charms we decided to eat that for breakfast and I was going to do the green breakfast for dinner. But when Scott got home he told me the green food coloring kind of grosses him out... well great! What was I supposed to do? I left dinner up to him and went to the gym. Ha (oops, sorry mom, please don't judge). *oh - and his dinner was hot dogs.

Hair Clips?

So I am on the search for some new hair clips for Clara. I have looked on Etsy... and there are some adorable ones... but each place I buy from I have to pay shipping from... my total just about doubled because I wanted only one clip per store.

Does anyone know a place I can go that has a good selection and decent prices? I would love to not pay shipping at all - so if there is a place close by, please shout it out!

anxious for spring...

i want to wear a t-shirt with out a coat.

i want to play outside with clara at the park.

i want to swim in the pool.

i want to throw away our winter clothes.

i want to go on a walk and actually sweat because its hot, and not because i am working hard.

i want to open our windows.

i want to wear flip-flops.

i want to drive with my windows down.

i want to go on a hike.

i want to eat ice cream with out getting the chills.

i want to turn my heat OFF.

i want to see flowers bloom.

i want to sweat.

i want the sun.

i want spring.

I KNOW... I WANT WANT WANT. WHAT CAN I SAY, I AM A SELFISH GIRL.
