Special day at the Temple

This past Saturday we had a very special event take place in Scotts family. Martin went through the temple for the first time. Martin and Lisa decided to come to Utah and go through the Jordan River Temple so that most of the family and the missionary that baptized him, coud all celebrate this special time with him. It was so amazing to be part of this and we are so excited for him!

If you have not been to the temple recently you have got to go! The grounds are amazing! Brad and Jaime thought the flowers were fake - that is how incredible it is! Take a day and go check them out, and be sure to take your camera.

Crazy Randall Family

This past weekend, Jenna came in town for Kristens bachlorette shower. Friday night we all went out to the Olive Garden for dinner... yummy! We had so much fun, as you can see Brad and Jaimes girls are to die for. Abby and Lillie are so goofy. Lillie the little blonde is flexing her muscles in her picture, and although you can't tell, everytime she does this her whole upper body shakes. It is so hilarious.

Once we got back to our house we put the little ones in their PJ's and "tried" to get a picture of them, instead we captured this perfect shot of Jacks pulling Abbies hair. He doesn't yet understand that this hurts - he just thinks it is funny. Poor Abbie.

I love when all of us Randall kids are together. We always have so much fun. Unfortunately Dennis and Garret were missing. We look forward to Kristens wedding when we will see you all again!

Candice & Adam are married!

April 4, 2007 ... My sister Candice married Adam Neff. It was such a great day! The weather at the temple was perfect! The reception later that night was AWESOME! First you have to understand Candices personality to beable to "picture" this wedding. The best words to describe her would be: FUN, CREATIVE, COLORFUL, and UNIQUE. And that is exactly how this reception was. They did the reception in the sweetest barn in Heber. Her colors were red, orange and green - they were everywhere! They did a mexican food theme: tamales, chips & salsa, and tomatillo salad. They had an ice cream bar, and juice bar. But the 2 most exciting parts of the whole night - there was a fireworks show towards the end... and then they were taken away in a helicopter!!! It was CrAZy.
The whole night was so exciting, I am so happy for them, and wish them the most happiness in the world!
Doesn't Jacks look so cute in his little outfit? All the little nephews were matching, I think he looks like such a stud!

park swings

Sundays are always such long days. So after church and Jacksons nap we decided to get out on a walk and head to the park. We had so much fun watching him play on all the toys. I believe his favorite would have to be the swings, and I would have to agree they are my favorite as well. When was the last time you (as an adult) got on a swing and went so high you lost your stomach? It is so fun; I was on my swing, Jackson on his, the amazing Utah mountains right in front of us, the crisp spring air... It was so refreshing.

Just like old times...

Steph and Justin were in town this week from Maryland. It was so fun to see them and hear about their interesting experience in dental school thus far. Above is a picture of Camille, Steph, and obviously myself. We were all roomates in Provo before I was married. In fact, if not for these two beautiful girls above I would have never met Scott. Thanks girls!

His very own apple!

Tonight, I was was eating an apple and Jackson kept trying to steal it from me. So I peeled him his own and gave him the entire apple. He LOVED it! He held it with both hands as he walked around the house. Every once in a while he would hold the apple to his mouth and do his best to fit his small mouth around it and get the slightest bit of apple in. If I ever attempted to take it from him, he would burst into tears (see the small tear just below his eye). It kept him entertained for a long time and was so fun to watch!

I love St. George

Wow! It has really been a crazy couple of weeks. Last weekend we had Brad and Jaime in town with us. They are moving to Utah and were up looking for a place to live. They found one! They will be moving the first week of April and we can't hardly wait.
Unfortunately that same weekend I got terribly sick... yuck! It started out with the worst chest and head cold and was followed by a 5 day body flu. Luckily I have a mother that lives somewhat close by, and she came and took care of me... and Jackson, he was so happy to have someone to play with him.
The most exciting news! Scott and I are headed to St. George this weekend. And yes, you read correctly, there will be no Jackson. Just the two of us. The best mother-in-law in the world came in to town so that she could watch her "sweet" little grandson and we could have a little get-a-way. I have been looking forward to this weekend for so long! I love St. George. I have so many memories there and it always screams vacation for me. SG - here we come!
